West Bay Westgate
West Bay and Westgate-on-sea are sandy beaches that run into each other and provide safe shallow bathing, making this a perfect family destination. There are plenty of rockpools for those who like exploring and poking around as well as some good coastal walks which take in the surrounding cliffs and rocky areas. For the less adventurous the café at the end of the beach has great views over the beach and out to sea.
Access: Nearest town is Westgate. Access routes A299 Broadstairs, A28 Connex South East.
