The Beatles Story
John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr – the Beatles, Liverpool ’s favourite sons are recalled in the award winning Beatles Story experience.
The Beatles Story outlines the tale of how four Liverpool lads with bad haircuts went on to become the biggest pop band in the world. The exhibition includes replicas of the Cavern Club and the clubs of Hamburg from the band’s early days and Abbey Studios and a Yellow Submarine outlining Beatlemania and the band’s psychedelic phase.
As well as interviews and old TV footage of the Beatles, the exhibition includes John Lennon’s famous white grand piano and George Harrison’s first guitar.
The Beatles Story is located in Britannia Vaults, Albert Dock, Liverpool.
