Terms and Conditions for Car Hire

Deposits Required	A valid credit card is required/Petrol deposit -information available at rental station
Cash Deposits	No Cash Rentals are allowed
Additional Driver Charge	£3.50 per day including tax for each additional driver
Collision Damage Waiver	Included in rate.
Theft Protection	Included in rate.
Driver & Baggage Protection	Not included in rate.
Non Waivable Excess	GBP£500, Excess waiver insurance can be purchased at the Europcar Desk upon collection of your vehicle
Minimum Age	23/24	All Groups - a young driver surcharge of £3.50 plus VAT per days rental.
Maximum Age	75 years.
Baby Seats	Subject to availability - £5.31 per day plus VAT up to a maximum of £31.86 Plus VAT (0-9 months) Infant Seat : Subject to availability - £5.31 per day plus VAT up to a maximum of £31.86 Plus VAT (9 months - 4 years) Child seat : Subject to availability - £5.31 per day plus VAT up to a maximum of £31.86 Plus VAT (4 - 11 years)
One Way Rentals	Supplements apply, please ask your Britain Guide to include this fee in your quotation.
Diver Licence	Must hold a current nationals driving licence valid for at least 1 year or more at time of rental. Provisional/Learner or seriously endorsed licence holders are not are not eligible to rent a car eg.drink driving disqualification
Hours Grace	Clients are allowed a 59 minute grace period.
