Sennen Cove

The west facing beach of Sennen Cove enjoys good surf and spectacular sunsets. Grassy hills and sand dunes planted with maram grass roll down to meet the white sand of this popular beach which attracts families and keen surfers. For the surf novice there is a surf school located alongside the beach. The Sennen Cove lifeboat provides a dramatic reminder of the power of the Cornish seas, but the towering Cape Cornwall and Brison Rocks presents a natural breakwater that offers safe bathing areas on this dramatic beach. The beach is surrounded by an area of outstanding natural beauty.

Access: Take A30 from Penzance distributor road signposted Land's End . At Sennen then turn right to Sennen Cove. Beach is on the right.
