An abundance of wildlife nearby yet it is only a 15 minute drive from Portree. Close to the Skeabost Country House Hotel, 9 hole golf course, riding a trekking stables and excellent fishing on Loch Snizort.
A simple and basic cottage but comfortably furnished, retaining the character of bygone times. It comprises three bedrooms - one double and two twins, a sitting room with open fire, a delightful dining room and well equipped kitchen with Belfast sink, electric cooker, washing machine, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment. There is a bathroom with bath, wash hand basin and W.C. (no shower). The water is heated by electric immersion heater.
Urquhart House has a large private, fenced garden which runs right to the waters edge and is perfect for children. oil fired central heating making it a cosy all year round property.
Electricity is by meter reading on arrival/departure and charged as used. Towels are not included - available for hire with advance notice or take your own. Well behaved dogs (except puppies) are permitted with advance notice (charge applies). Cot available if booked in advance.
