Old Manor Hotel
The Old Manor has been a family run business for 12 years, with an established reputation for excellence. And this shows in the attention to detail and pride in which management and staff take in the hotel and the friendly unobtrusive service which they provide their guests.

Given its location over looking the Lundin Links golf course and being in the heart of golf country, the Old Manor inevitably has a strong connection with the sport and indeed the hotel can handle select bookings with local golf clubs. From the well-kept gardens to the casual elegance of the reception areas the Old Manor has that clubhouse feel to it.

But it is a hotel first and foremost and as such has all the luxuries you can expect. The rooms are of exceptional quality, delightfully furnished with rich mahogany or cherry and walnut furniture and decorated with soft colours and fabrics. Some boast four poster beds offering a little extra grandeur and many offer balcony suites with splendid views across the fairway and largo bay where on a clear day you can see over thirty miles to the Lammermuir hills and the coast of East Lothian.

This same view is shared in the Brassiere Terrace the hotels established award winning restaurant. In this ambiance of subtle refinery you can choose from the truly huge selection of imaginative dishes blended from the finest fresh local produce, game and fish by the hotel’s distinguished chefs. Connoisseurs can withdraw to the hotel bar and sample its impressive display of over 100 single malts, though perhaps not in one sitting!

For more informal dining the Hotel’s Coachman’s bistro, a renovated coachman’s house, provides chargrilled steaks and seafood, real ales and a range of single malts in casual surroundings among Jacobian furnishings.

Just a few miles from St Andrews and along some of the prettiest sections of the East Neuk coastline the Old Manor is a splendid location for exploring east Fife.
