Dryburgh Abbey

Fine dining is offering in the hotel's Tweed restaurant, under the guidance of Dryburgh Abbey's experienced head chef from France. The daily changing menu presents the finest local Scottish ingredients with a French twist with dishes such as Char Grilled Fillet of Mature Aberdeen Angus Beef, Crumble of Dived Celeriac, Scottish Wild Mushrooms, Red Wine and Port Juices Flavoured with Tarragon Leaves.
