A wonderful house in the charming village of Kingussie at the foothills of the Cairngorm Moutains near Inverness . Part of Badenoch & Strathspey and the majestic scenery of 'Glenbogle' from the BBC Monarch of the Glen. Fully equipped to a very high standard - you will be more than pleasantly suprised when you walk in the door!

Downstairs there is a large open plan sitting room / dining room/ kitchen with french doors opening onto the patio. Double bedroom, shower / wc, cloakroom/wc and utility room. Upstairs there is a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms (one with en-suite shower/wc) and a single bedroom with a further bathroom / wc.

Multi-fuel stove in sitting room and oil-fired central heating throughout (ample hot water). Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, gas hob and electric fan oven, fridge/freezer, TV in most bedrooms, DVD, video and HiFi. Ample parking.

All bed linen, towels and tea towels are included. Electricity and gas is also included. Dogs accepted by arrangement. Smoking allowed in the lounge area only.
