a Guest must provide contact information (such as name, country,

the Guest regarding itineraries, quotes, etc. and later for billing

information about the Guest. myguideBritain does not use cookies.
Log Files
We use IP addresses to analyse trends, administer the site, track
Guests' movements, and gather broad demographic information for
aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable

Sharing
We will share aggregated demographic information with our partners
and advertisers. This is not linked to any personal information
that can identify any individual person. Your email address will
never be shared with any other company.
We use UPS, an outside shipping company, to ship tickets, and
a credit card processing company (either Mastercard, Visa or American
Express) to bill Guests for goods and services. These companies
do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information
for any secondary purposes.
When you reserve or purchase travel services through myguideBritain,
we provide information about you to the airline, car rental agency,
hotel, travel agency or other involved third party to ensure the
successful fulfilment of your travel arrangements.
We do not sell individual Guests' names or other private profile
information to third parties and will not do so in the future.
Occasionally myguideBritain will hire a third party to act on
our behalf for projects such as market research surveys and contest
entry processing and will provide information to these third parties
specifically for use in connection with these projects. The information
we provide to such third parties is protected by a confidentiality
agreement and is to be used solely for completing the specific
project.

to visit the site and send the Guest a confirmation email. myguideBritain
stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time

We do not supplement the information we receive with information
from 3rd party sources.
Correction/Updating Personal Information
If a Guest's personally identifiable information changes (such
as your zip code), or if a Guest no longer desires our service,
we will endeavour to provide a way to correct, update or remove
that Guest's personal data provided to us. This can usually be
done by emailing our Privacy Support.
Choice/Opt out
Guests who no longer wish to receive our newsletter may opt out
of receiving these communications by unsubscribing on our homepage.
Notification of Changes
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those
