Gypsy Hill Hotel

Set in 3 acres of landscaped gardens outside Exeter, a mile from the M5 motorway and close to two train stations, the Gipsy Hill Hotel provides a secluded retreat that is excellently located for exploring Devon and the West Country. The original building dates back to the 1890s and features modern extensions to offer guests relaxation and comfort.

Bedrooms vary in size but feature all the standard comforts of a three star hotel. Twins come equipped with shower but no bath, while king size four-poster suites are available and Gipsy Hill also has a selection of family rooms. The hotel restaurant serves a wide range of dishes to cater for all tastes, along with a good breakfast in the morning.

Less than three miles from the hotel, Exeter is a vibrant and historic city with ancient Roman artefacts and a fabulous cathedral and a stroll around the city is highly recommended. While Gipsy Hill’s location close to the M1 and A30 make the hotel a good stopover enroute to Devon and Cornwall.
