Imaginative dishes range from Vyrnwy estate loin of lamb roasted with cumin and orange with spiced cous cous, cucumber tzatziki, vine cherry tomatoes and a cardamom jus to Grilled fillet of seabass on crushed new potatoes, fine beans, quail eggs and a kalamata olive dressing.
