Etrop Grange itself is a gracious Grade II listed Georgian Mansion which dates back to 1780. The red-brick facade is reminiscent of a tradtional attractive English country house and stately features continue through in to the entrance hall, reception area and public spaces which reflect the opulent character of the Georgian era. The wood-panelled library is a particularly pleasant setting in which to relax with a drink. A £1.8million investment in 2007 ensured that the hotel was fully restored and refurbished with the additon of city boutique elements where appropriate.
