Airport Transfers
To qualify for your FREE Airport Transfer just book your round trip flights on one of Trafalgar's recommended airlines, stay in one of Trafalgar's London Hotel (booked through Trafalgar) on the day of arrival and the night prior to departure, and you will be met either at London's Heathrow or Gatwick Airport and transferred to your hotel. On departing London, you will be collected from your hotel and transferred to the airport for your return flight home.

Passengers will only be entitled to transfers to and from London Airports provided the following conditions have been met:
1. You are staying at a London hotel, booked by Trafalgar, on the night of your arrival and the night prior to the date of your departure.

2. Flights are either booked directly by Trafalgar or detailed information on flights is provided to Trafalgar from your Travel Agent not less then 21 day prior to departure. Once transfers are booked they may not be changed.

3. Only one included transfer both inbound and outbound per tour is included by Trafalgar. Passengers utilizing stopover tickets en route to a European gateway will only be provided with transfers to and from your inter-continental flight.

4. In the event of flight delays outside of Trafalgar's control, the transfers will be deemed to be cancelled. No refund will be provided for missed transfers.

5. All transfers are based on group transfers; therefore no refund is available for passengers not utilizing the service.

6. In the event of unforeseen events (road or rail works, demonstrations) Trafalgar will not be held responsible for delayed transfers.

Heathrow Airport: Inbound transfers operate between 6.00-21.30. Outbound transfers are timed to connect with scheduled flights departing between 8.00-23.00. Transfers outside these times will be at the passengers own expense. Transfers will be by coach.

Gatwick Airport: Inbound transfers operate between 6.00-12.30. Outbound transfers are timed to connect with scheduled flights departing between 8.00-23.00. Transfers outside these times will be at the passengers own expense. Transfers will be by express train and coach.
