| Once a traditional Norfolk fishing village, Sheringham is now also a delightful seaside town. Fishing and crab boats still ply their trade from the shore and their tasty catch is easily obtainable from the local fish mongers. The shingle beach at high tide makes way to a beautiful gently sloping golden sandy beach. Access to the town is via gentle sloping pedestrian ramps. Visit the town with its many speciality shops or take a ride in a real steam train. Whatever your reason for visiting Sheringham you will enjoy its unique character.
