Locally referred to as Victoria beach, this expanse of fine golden sand is the main resort beach in North Suffolk. Recently revived with some impressive attractions Lowestoft South now has a modern visitor centre, refurbished seafront and promenade and an attractive pier. Brightly painted beach chalets cheerfully line the beach where there is something on offer for all the family including amusement arcades, bowls, tennis, and a wide choice of water sports. Less than 3 miles away is the "Pleasurewood Hills" theme park with its exciting choice of thrill rides and family attractions.

Access: Located centrally in Lowestoft, adjacent to main A12 trunk road, approx half a mile from main British rail station.
