Lowestoft North of Claremont Pier

Situated between Lowestoft's two piers this is one of the main resort beaches on the North Suffolk Coast. It is popular with both tourists and locals, boasting a large number of attractions and amenities. The beach itself is fine and sandy, with a number of chalets that are available for hire. There are plenty of seaside activities such as canoeing, sailing and jet ski-ing but don't forget to keep your eye on the Royal Green during summer season when all sorts of additional events take place. Access: Located centrally in Lowestoft, adjacent to the main A12 trunk road, approx 400 yards from main British Rail station. Adjacent to coach drop off point (Royal Plain) and bus stop.
