Llanddwyn Beach

Renowned as one of the finest beaches in Britain, Llanddwyn is backed by luscious forest, impressive sand dunes, and boasts spectacular views of Snowdonia National Park, Caemarfon and the Lleyn Peninsula.
A path leads through the grassy hills from the beach to the nature reserve at Llanddwyn Island and the nearby forest has a fantastic network of footpaths.  A short distance away is the historical site of Ynys Llanddwyn which is well worth a visit.

Access: Llanddwyn is signposted off the A4080 in the small town of Newborough.
