The beach is made up of shingle banks interspersed with sand dunes. Sand is exposed at low tide. Wide grassy & natural expanses of land separate the beach from the road. Great fun for all the family with lots of things to do and places to eat. Access: Located to the western end of Hayling Islands southern shore. Signposted from A27 after Chichester. Havant station connects with bus station to beach Hayling. The 'Hayling Billy' cycle route connects the station to the beaches (5 miles).
