Amroth Beach
The western end of Amroth beach marks the start of the magnificent Pembrokeshire Coast National Park . With its breathtaking coastal walks and stunning backdrop this large sandy beach is the perfect setting for relaxing away from the crowds. The beach is especially popular with watersports enthusiasts with its challenging waves making this the ideal setting for windsurfing, sailing, jet-skiing and canoeing. The beach is pleasantly overlooked by a small, unspoiled village offering a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants. Nearby the Colby Woodland Garden, features a variety of beautiful gardens set in a tranquil and secluded valley.
Access: From the A40 take the A478 to Begelly Head out on the A477 from Kilgetty. It is well signposted from this point. There is also a regular bus service.
